I am writing here to report a case, which made us a very bad experience of today's visit in Zahnarztzentrum in Basel Aeaschenplatz. I went with my 4-year-old daughter for a followed-up check of tooth filling. However, we were treated very badly by a male Denstist. We went 15 minutes earlier than the appointment, but waited for 45 minutes until we were called. Then we were led to a room which was not prepared, still with the cup and tools left from former patient. My daughter was obviously frightened by the way the dentist treated us, as he fast moved the chair to a position, and harshly quickly took a look at her teeth. Then he applied a purple staining solution to my daughter’s teeth to let me see plaques on her teeth, then told us we could leave, as he has other patients to treat. I asked if the dentist could remove her plaques, as her teeth were all pink with some purple solids, but he said he didn't have time for us. It took only 5 minutes to finish our appointment, even though we had been waiting for 45 minutes, and my daughter had to go home with a purple mouth. The dentist was clearly has no patience for us, he just wanted to cleave us from his room, this was how we felt. My 4-year-old daughter was very sad after left, since it was the first time she was treated so badly by a dentist, although she was always praised as \super kid\ in former visits with other dentists. This bad experience makes me thinking we would never come to Zahnarztzentrum again, since my daughter might have a bad memory about the place. I also think this is really really bad for a little child who is on a stage of learning and cultivating good habits on tooth brushing. Another surprise is that the Dentist only let his facemask hanging on his chin, so no social distance and no facemask for the dentist during our visit, although I was wearing a facemask. It was the worst experience we ever had in Zahnarztzentrum!

Very good place to get dental service (in English and several other languages). I got my complicated, retained wisdom tooth removed there a few weeks ago. Everyone was very nice and professional. You can book your visit online, and there was hardly any waiting time. I'm very happy with the service, and the prices seamed reasonable too. Highly recommended.

I had an appointment with Dr. Lukasz Andrzej Falski, and It was great, very polite, and excellent work performed, the anestesia injection was amazing, didn’t felt the needle. I recommend it.

A Saturday visit for a chipped tooth. A very positive experience, nice and helpful receptionist, good skilled dentist, who was also great at handling the patient - my daughter. Will definitely return. Thank you!

Majorly unpleasant experience with awful customer service by the dentist (all other staff were very pleasant). He was completely dismissive of my concern (a dead tooth of my 3 year old following an accident) and couldn't understand why I would want to, or feel the need to get it checked. He did not put my son at ease, and was outright rude. We'll definitely never be back, which is too bad given the experience there when we first had the accident was quite pleasant (different dentist that time, obviously).

The Start of a good experience by the Dentist is the first contact at the reception. And exactly this is what failed. The Receptionist was unfriendly and harsh. For people with fear of the Dentist is that the reason for leaving. It can't be that hard to just be nice to your customers right? The Dentist was very nice and i felt the professional competence.
