Definitely one of the best galleries in Basel. Featuring a 850m² exhibition space, very well naturally lit. Totally not only about size, but rather very high quality. Texts very well edited, everything translated to English. Also, the gallery publishes its own magazine with interesting texts by curators and experts and a yearly activity summary. The exhibition we visited, Bernhard Luginbühl, contained sculptures of high importance alongside with a 43 m. long drawing and smaller scale sculptures. Also the gallery showroom, featuring artists not included in the current exhibit was very interestingly arranged. Very interesting artists represented, e.g. SUPERFLEX. Highly recommended.
