Many thanks lads. Your reviews were good and you made it sound so easy, but now I admit that I did have reservations but I went along with my gut feeling. I was quite concerned about the house move...but now I can relax. I was surprised with speed and the care that was taken while removing and carrying my belongings. I have never seen a lift like that, also the disassembling and packing. Reassembling was superfast too. Well done all around and a well deserved 5 star .

With VIP the move was fast and reasonably priced. I had a couple of damaged pieces of furniture that they worked hard to make right. The interactions with the team were always courteous and helpful and I can recommend them for their professionalism and courteous service.
My move with VIP went smoothly and it was well-priced (very competitively compared with the competition). They were very responsive and on time. They were open to fix damages incurred by the move.
Indeed they are fast but rough. They don't use blankets to wrap the furniture, instead they use a thin layer of plastic, thus we got several pieces with small damages. They say that they can re-assemble furniture however, they do it so fast that they did it all wrong so in the end we had to break it apart and put it back together ourselves. Not extremely happy I must say.
