Probably the best bike shop in Basel. Employees are always willing to help, give suggestions on gear and maintenance/repair. I've had only good experiences with the shop. Plus, the gear they sell there it's always of great quality.

Really good service. Went there to change tires, air chambers, and potentially chain, and Joelle described us all the options in detail. When we went back the week after because one of the air chambers was defective, they immediately changed it (for free) and advised me about a cheap solution for the brakes (that were not ideal). Would definitely come back.

I just wanted to say thank you for the fantastic service offered by the staff at Veloplus Basel during my recent purchase of two EMTBs at the Basel store. Firstly to Kim who spent the time on the busy Saturday to take the time to understand our needs and take us through our options and make the right recommendations. Secondly to Benjamin who was a pleasure to deal with when it came to making sure sure the bikes were just right, his friendliness, knowledge and enthusiasm was so refreshing to see and I valued the large amount of time he spent with us. We need more Benjamin's in retail!! The store was well stocked and had everything we need, I love the fact that they have an equipped workshop that you can use to do self repairs, even if the self mechanic (me) needs some serious training, Kim thanks for your help there :). The bikes were out being used the next day and I'm looking forward to dropping back in for a coffee soon.
