AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!! You can visit the hospital if: - You break an arm or an unimportant bone. - You want to talk to a god (The superiority or god complex of the doctors is just beyond belief) - You want to go to the Klagemauer but you don’t have the time (With such arrogant doctors you will get the exact feeling of talking to a wall, they don’t care what you have to say about your own body) The hospital works like this: A random doctor will explain in 5 minutes the operation you will suffer, another doctor will operate you (you will never ever see the person that actually cut you), and some assistants (basically students) will tell you that everything is great even when it's clear that it isn’t. Then, when you come back with the obvious complications, the process will restart and the same students will tell you that everything is doing great. No real doctor will take responsibility of you! The nurses are incredibly nice, but that won't pay for the bad doctors who cannot even take personal responsibility from their own operations.

Avoid this place at all cost. If nurses are kind and helpful however doctors are full of contempt and arrogance. Reports are incomplete and misleading. In case of emergency or comfort surgery choose another clinic. Empathy isn't teached nor applied in this university hospital.

For non-emergency or non-specialized care, this is probably not a suitable place to visit. But for emergency and specialist surgery, they are excellent. High professional, organized, and friendly.

I can not recommend this hospital. First of all, most of their administration staff is exceedingly rude. As far as medical care, I went to the hospital on a referral for asthma and to see a stomach specialist. The stomach specialist was unhelpful to say the least. My problems were so bad that I couldn’t even keep water down. She told me that they normally see people from Turkey with my issues and not a Caucasian girl like me...ok. They did an endoscopy and concluded I had damage due to excessive anti-inflammatory use. I have never taken an anti-inflammatory in my life. When I asked what could be the problem then, they shrugged it off and closed the case. My file still says my problems were due to anti-inflammatory use. When I saw the asthma specialist, I thought the care was very good - they ran all the tests, I spoke with the head of the department who confirmed I had serious allergic asthma. A year later, my GP asked for my results to be sent to her office and the results said I don’t have asthma. Which is clearly a paperwork error, but a highly dangerous one. I called them to clarify to which they told me since they didn’t have the correct records, I would have to come in for the stressful tests all over again.

Very long wait time, no friendly staff..I waited six hours...When asked how long should wait further, answer was \Don't know\. Worst experience...At the end decided to go out. I was asked to go to emergency by one doctor in the same university hospital but in the emergency, unfriendly lady asked why you didn't go to your family doctor...what a arrogancy. Patients should be treated well.
