The worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I obtained a joint account for myself and my husband, and due to ongoing customer service issues, we left (to BKB if you want to know, much better service there). Before I left, I left just enough money in my private account so my credit card could be paid off. They sent us a confirmation letter, so we deleted our apps. You'd think that be the end of it right? They were incapable of transferring the funds to my credit card, and when I called them again, they said they had taken and extra 30CHF from my account to pay for the joint account THAT YOU SAID HAD BEEN CLOSED. Apparently the fee was because the contract said the first 6 months of the account were fee free, but guess what, the fee was charged 4 months after my account was created. What are your grounds?? I've called so many times to resolve this. I've twice been hung up on (the latest after waiting 30 mins for your call centre) and been promised callbacks. I've been nothing but polite in these calls too. You've wasted so much of my time. I've dealt with many banks and none of them have been as lax about service or their consumer's service. I could never recommend this bank - beware.

By far my worst experience with a bank. No response to letters, really bad service with lack of reasonable explanations and support. Some friendly staff does not help in such a situation.

Nicht zu empfehlen, langes warten lassen obwohl Termin. Dann geht die Beraterin raus und lässt einen 20 Minuten sitzen. No go - kein Cafe usw.

Das die 4 Geldautomaten Links vom Eingang entfernt worden sind, find ich total daneben, zumal es die einzige UBS Geschäftsstelle im Kleinbasel ist. Jetzt hat es einfach ständig Warteschlangen an den übrigen Geldautomaten. Apropos Warteschlangen, auch am bedienten Geldschalter im inneren der Bank hat es oft Warteschlangen, aber ein weiterer Schalter wird nicht geöffnet.
Meine Lieblingsbank. Sehr empfehlenswert!
