A friend working for Roche , got his package offered for 2 years with no money on the account at the opening, me i have to open it with 10000CHF if i hope to get 6months free. That’s not correct at all. Will also the service be different and less professional for me? i am just questioning...

Home loan division uses outdated property valuation calculator that comes 30% under any other competing bank. Switch, to small reginal bank. Not to Credit Swiss as that bank is even more dysfunctional.
We opened an account here and were treated very well. The staff were friendly and the consultant who handled our affairs was polite (perfect English), and friendly. It took a while to open the account (I think this is normal?) and they gave us coffee, chocolates, and orange juice while we waited in a private consultation room. They gave our child coloring pencils and a free lunchbox. Subsequent return visits to open another account and conduct other routine stuff were fast, friendly and as pleasant as going to the bank can be.
UBS in Switzerland? You expect the level? Super low level of service. Account manager can ask you to come 2, 3 time because they forgot to scan something first time, not garantiert that you ll receive the cards as promised. Perhaps, you will need to call several times before they will do something. Very low level of knowledge of personnel what and how should be done. So you ll find out that something was done wrongly from 1st time And so on
Just opened an account and im super satisfied . I been welcomed like a queen and the advisor listen to you !
Simple to set up an account, and when needing assistance on several occasions I've headed to this branch and spoke to someone that helped me very quickly, on a Saturday as well.
