I went there yesterday, 03 Apr 2020 and bought 2 Hand sanitizers of 500 ml each for a total of CHF45. There was a lady who attended to me and turned out to be a con woman. The bill was at time 12:48, photo attached. I gave her a 50 Swiss Franc currency note and she gave me back a coin which had 5 clearly written on it. Not familiar with Swiss coins, I took it and after returning home realised that it was a coin from the Czech Republic. This is equivalent to 0.189 Swiss Franc. Cheats, people not familiar with Swiss coins, please be careful of cheats spoiling the reputation of the pharmacy.

Ich möchte der Tellapotheke in der Güterstrasse ein grosses Lob schreiben ...weil, ich werde immer höflich und freundlich bedient und wenn ich mal nicht in die Apotheke gehen kann um mein Rezept und die Medikamenten zu holen( weil ich grosse Schmerzen habe)..werden sie ...Sie mir nach Hause gebracht...sehr lieb von der Tellapotheke...war vor 10 Minuten in der Apotheke und Frau Zimmerli (die Chefin )sie hört mir immer zu, wenn ich was auf dem Herzen habe und ich gehe sehr gerne in die Tellapotheke weil ich immer höflich und freundlich dort gut bedient werden und ich auch schon 20 Jahre dort hin gehe... An das ganze Team vielen Dank
