It's where you when you need more than just a normal ticket. It's improved since you had to queue outside. with the numbers you've got a rough idea how long you have to wait. last time i came it was 30 minutes - so it's quite slow. still, staff is friendly understand travellers needs.

IC61 Abfahrt 07:58 Uhr - Basel SBB. Lüftungen (nicht nur diesen) Zuges in Coronazeiten absolut katastrophal. Deutsche Züge, italienische Züge haben bessere Frischluftzufuhr! In den Kästen der SBB tanzt CVOD-19 um die Köpfe der geschätzten Passagiere...
Mehrere Schalter waren geöffnet, deshalb nur kurze Wartezeit, kompetentes und sehr freundliches Personal, bin gut informiert worden
