I would give them 10 stars if I could. I had my first ICSI cycle done with them due to male related factor and it was a success. Currently 26 weeks pregnant with my second. All the doctors and nurses are exceptionally nice and professional. I had a couple of procedures done with them prior to ICSI to maximise my chance of success. Everything was carefully explained and they really took time for you. Waiting time is short. To be honest I never had to wait more than 15 minutes each visit, but this also means it is not guaranteed that you will meet the same doctor every time. It is really not a problem though because it seems to be well coordinated among all doctors. Email communication is also very efficient. All questions were handled in a timely manner even on Sundays! Highly recommended.

Wir wurden von einer sehr netten Ärztin behandelt, die sich Zeit genommen hat unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Das Pflegepersonal war sehr freundlich und vom Labor wurden wir direkt über die Resultate unserer Behandlung informiert. Am Telefon hingen wir öfters in der Warteschleife, aber auf Emails wurde schnell geantwortet.
