I have been there three times and have been always lucky not needing to wait much. The personnel have been always very professional and friendly. Of course, services are not cheap, but they match Swiss standards and in this regard, they are reasonable. Acquaintances have told me they have had to wait a long time when going there, which is the only reason I leave 4 stars instead of 5. But I think this only happens because many people arrive after work, and it is kind of a rush hour for them. Overall, I recommend this place.

Kompetentes und sehr freundliches Team. Jedoch muss in der Regel wirklich genügend Zeit (ca. 2 Stunden) eingeplant werden.
Sie haben uns schon gut beraten, aber ich habe einen Witz gemacht und niemand hat gelacht.
Sehr lange Wartezeiten und während der Impfung hatte ich schmerzen. Noch nie ist mit sowas passiert. In einen Tropeninstitut muss man doch darauf ausgehen das sie professionell impfen ... war bei mir leider nicht der Fall . Vor allem habe ich ewig gewartet und anschließend saß ich wenn es hoch kommt 20 Sekunden auf den Stuhl und habe beide Impfungen reingejagt bekommen !! Nie wieder !
Wir waren mit Termin, mehr als 2,5 Stunden da, meist am warten. Andauernd wurden neu ankommende Patienten vorgezogen. Zudem wurde die Konsultation fünf mal unterbrochen, um alle möglichen Fragen von Mitarbeiterinnen zu beantworten. Kurz die Arbeitsorganisation und das Dienstleistungsverständnis waren bedenklich.
