I ordered something online, where the store claimed it was available. That was incorrect, the item is not available to buy. So i asked them to cancel the order. That was 3 weeks ago. No replies, no money back. Tried 3x by now to reach them. Guess next year I will need a lawyer.

I asked for Passport photos for my 5 year-old daughter. Luckily they told me the price before taking the photos because 46 CH they can be absolutely sure they wouldn't have never gotten from me! I told them - with eyes and mouth wide open - that it was way too expensive and left. They said they keep the photos in their system... As if my daughter was going to look the same in 5 years! Honestly these people should be just ashamed of themselves! A clear rip off, also considering that I wouldn't even get the photos straight away... Hope this is going to redirect many potential customers to more honest businesses.
