I would give a zero star if I could. They sold me a faulty item and when I went next day and showed it to them they refused to acknowledge it and forget replacement or refund, they asked me to buy a new one. Totally pathetic. Never expected such a highly reputed store to cheat people out of money.
You'll find everything you're looking for at Zumstein. I went to buy brush pens. The staff helped me pick one and I'm really happy with it. They also have some great greeting cards ;)
Really nice store; friendly and helpful staff; you can find everything related to paper on four floors roughly devided into \letters\, \pens\, \color\, \office\ and \school\.

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Papeterie. Es gibt so gut wie alles. Ich habe mir ein mini Messer und ein mini Postitch gekauft. Und ein paar Notizbücher. Und die Produkte haben mich positiv überrascht. Die Preise sind auch ganz gut zum Beispiel hat das Messer nur 1CHF gekostet. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Papeterie ist sehr gross und organisiert. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen und gehe sich nochmals hin .
