Awesome coffee place if the sun is out. Great place to come with your family, kids can play.

Location is excellent. If only the food would be better quality... if only the coffee would be properly done (try to use good milk or hire a good barista to make decent coffee-milk drinks)... and I would never leave this place...

Food is good. Location great. Service poor. Came with my family of four spending a nice day together, but service put a stain on our day. If you see an old waitress with ponytail and glasses do not expect a friendly person/service.
