Each time I visit our local LV store in Basel, I'm always received with courtesy and warmth. This place will always be special for me because it's where I bought my Pochette Metis in reverse monogram.

I came to LV Basel 2 days ago. Very happy with the item I purchased however Im not so happy with the Customer servise there. The staff were very slow. Nobody greeted or help me, I have to wait for at least 5-10min to be served. Compared to the one in London the different in staff are immense. They are more friendly and warm welcoming. I expect all LV have the same CS but it certainly not.
