I purchased two of the same guitar models as I wanted the guitars in the next few weeks. The website said \In sotck\, even when I put in the quantity two. Then, after around 10 days I heard nothing, so I decided to call the store and they told me that there was actually only one in stock and the website does not update, I had to wait a few weeks to a month, they could not say. Then, they said they had the same model, but in a starter pack, not just the guitar alone, but I would have to pay the difference. That's fine, I paid the difference, although if the website shows that it is in stock, ensure that it is for quantity as well. Then so we finally received the guitars (they also make you pay for shipping, which is still fine.) We open the package and one of them is broken and has the strong box partially detached. I contact the store again, and they tell me that I can send it back and they would send me a new one. I said, that's fine. And I ask to be reimbursed for the shipping charges to be sent back and they say,\ No sorry it is not our fault. It is the manufacturers problem so we dont cover the costs.\ That's when it became not fine. As a business, customer service and satisfaction is important, and surely it is not my fault for receiving and having to pay so much extra for a guitar due to your systems not responding properly to quantity and receiving a broken guitar from your employer. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend purchasing from this store. My only star that I am giving is only because of one very man employee that tried to help me over the phone was very kind even though he couldn't do anything for me.

Usually the best prices in Europe. I have purchased guitar amps, synthesizers, electronic equipment and accessories from House of Sound for over 10 years. The service is excellent and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is also dependable and efficient - they offer 3-year warranty, which is great.

I have only ordered from their online store. I ordered a guitar, amp, cords, effects box and an electronic piano. All of my orders were handled quickly and delivered fast. Correspondence was even offered in English, so that's a plus for me.
They said I would get the delivery by the 28th. On the 28th I had to send them a email asking where it is. They told me that they had already sent me a email (which I never recieved) and that it would take another month (without gurantee!) as they didn't have any in stock . I can't believe they would advertise these products when they don't even have them in stock. Terrible experience!
