Never again!!!!! I was waiting at bus stop for two hours. Office was closed. Customer service didn't help. There was also a guy from Japan waiting for the same bus. The other bus came and driver told that wasn't our line. We were waiting and calling again and again. And they told us we just missed the bus!!! How comes this??!!! We had to buy other tickets and spend a lot of money in roaming for phone calls. Nobody in fact gave info! Never should be used!!!

On sunday 29th April was at 4.15 PM to take the 4.35 PM bus to Freiburg. Bus never show up. Finally appeared the following one at 5.30 PM, bus driver charged me 16 Euros and didnt give any ticket. On web costs between 8 to 10 Euros. For this money will take train instead
Sind schnell und unkompliziert von A nach B gekommen. Toilette stank scheusslich und es gab weder Wasser noch Seife oder etwas um sich die Hände zu waschen. Auf der Hinfahrt war es zudem etwas kalt, keiner konnte ohne Jacke sitzen...

Schifo totale. Siamo stati fermi 6 ore in autostrada, bagno sporco. Comunicazione tra tedeschi e italiani pessima. Non riuscivano a comunicare e a risolvere il problema. Ho chiamato l'assistenza personalmente ben 4 volte , 2 ore per rispondere e inoltre loro non potevano fare nulla per risolvere . Assurdo. Inoltre partenza da Firenze arrivo a Dusseldorf. Ci hanno scaricati a Francoforte come sacchi dell'immondizia. Rischio di restare lì, abbiamo fatto un casino assurdo per convincere l'autista a farci salire sul bus che arrivava a Dusseldorf. Un calvario e nemmeno il rimborso minimo o uno sconto per il prossimo viaggio. Niente di niente. Pessimo.
