Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and professional, but also develops your meal and workout plan based on your body goals and food preferences/allergies. What I also loved about working with her is her continuous engagement. She was always answering all of our questions about the exercises and ensured we would performed them the best way possible. I can highly recommend Emily’s personalised meal and workout plan. She prepared a custom made menu considering my food preferences and allergies, as well as easy, quick but efficient exercise recommendations. 80% diet and 20% workouts showed the first meaningful results after only 1-2 weeks. Weekly check-ups and monitoring the progress kept me motivated, helped to lose few centimeters here and there and reach my dream weight. All in all it was the first diet that really helped me out to change my habits and reach my goals.

The bootcamp took place in the park in front of the St. Alban-Tor which I like as location. Clear instructions were given in order to do the excercises the right way. Taff program for a sunday morning, but totally recommendable and worth it as you afterwards deserve your lazy afternoon.

Tolles Bootcamp, jeweils sonntags im St.Alban-Park. Jedem zu empfehlen, der sich auspowern will. Emily ist sehr hilsbereit und professionell. Das Training in englisch ist gut und verständlich aufgebaut. Gerne wieder. :-)
