Sprüngli chocolate from Zurich in Basel, Barfi. Currently the only store in Basel while the main train station shipping area is being renovated

What a great experience! We were fortunate to find seating at the bar by the window. I had a pastry and a coffee. The pastry was delicious and fresh. The coffee was flavorful and it came with a tiny macaron. Overall great experience.

If you want to buy Luxemburgerli (type of Macarons) but don't want to drive to Zurich.

Macaron so good. Also the chocolates. I bought a box of the Top Ten chocolates, amazing!

One of the lady was not friendly, but the other one was very nice. Make sure you try their speciality, the Luxemburgerli. The only downside is that they only last for three days. They also sell chocolate that can last longer as gifts.

Not friendly at all! Hot chocolate not so special. In the common sense, a Swiss chocolate shop is something nice and sweet But in the reality people there are rude and unfriendly. Shame!
