Had the worst experience ever from Apple in this store last week. Had a small issue and was referred to the shift manager Daniel. After explaining him the situation and how I always had great experiences with apple customer service finding a solution he looked at me and said „if you want American style customer service then you need to go to an Apple store in the US, we are in Switzerland and it’s different here“ I was so shocked to think that a manager would be trained so horribly I left and decided to take his advice and not buy anything from this store. Hopefully Daniel is the exception and other employees aren’t the same.

This store has probably the worst service I have seen in my life. It is unfortunate they represent Apple because the customer service skills are a total failed. I guess they will be more helpful if you are going only to buy something otherwise they treat you badly

Unfriendly to my 12 year old son. Who went on his own to look into buying his first iPhone for the first time on his own with his own money.
Terrible customer experience. Unfriendly personnel, was informed i had to wait 3.5 hours to possible see somebody or book a spot 4 days later to get my broken iPhone even looked at.
