Well if you Enter an Office, in this case one of an insurance Agency, what can you expect ...? Well i would expect at least a nice greeting, ... shure if you expect to much you will be dissapointet... of course there was no greeting from any Employee, so thats abad sign for me. I was there in Person and i must Say...it is allways interesting to see how People work...or dont in this case... : ) I would not Insure another Vehicle with that Company, cause it dont feel they are eager to cover you with a Police for your Car or Bike, it was right the opposite, they where not interested at all, that was a little bit dissapointing... It seems that the Insurance company think, hey we just dont care, just pay your Insurance fee and shut up. So, the summary would be, i can not recomend this company, cause they dont care at all for a customer, even if they publish Advertising statements like; Simple Clear Helvetia / Einfach Klar Helvetia.... well it is right the opposite, what a shame !

Bei einem hausbesuch in ehrendingen sagte ein Mitarbeiter etwas falsches zu mir, meine Meinung, die kleinen Leute werden weiter nach unten gedrückt bei helvetia und der Chef wo betrügt, wie pierin vincenz kann indirekt vom sozial Staat profitieren

Betrüger-Bande - machen Intern Vertragsfehler und wälzen es dann auf den Kunden ab!!

Warte seit 2 Tagen auf eine Offerte (Teilkaskoversicherung für einen PW), wurde in dieser Zeit dreimal angefrufen um weitere Fragen zu klären.... Bei der Konkurrenz erhielt ich die Offerte innert 15min und einem Telefonat.
