I ordered a very nice painting and I also payed insurance for it as it was traveling from France to Mexico. It took 3 months for it to arrive when they had said 2 weeks and then the painting arrived broken. We have tried to be in contact with Artion but they haven't answered or solved our problem in the last 2 months. I would be very careful in buying anything from them. We will be taking legal action.
