I made a request for pictures and history about a car advertised through the website autoscout24.ch on the 20th of March. Staying without answer, I did, on the 26th a gentle reminder. On the 28th still no answer. We are speaking here of a car worth 330'000.-. I am really wondering what kind of client experience Art of Cars is willing to offer to his potential customers. What I can say is that I cannot recommend them further, in the contrary I can only discourage anybody to do business with them.
Experienced staff and very helpful. Definitely the place to go for top-tier automobiles.
GARAGE ET PERSONNE déplorable à souhait ! Gros Manque de professionnalisme, sans parler que cette personne est hautaine et d'une arrogance inimaginable. ( il arrive a enlevé la magie qui s'installe lors de l'achat d'un nouveau véhicule quel dommages) J'ai Acheté un véhicule de prestige chez lui...... Un véhicule à plus de 360K !!! J'attends toujours des confirmation sur le véhicule en fonction de l'annonce et ses dires. Personne qui fais preuve de malhonnêteté intellectuelle et professionnelle ! Le lendemain le véhicule avait déjà des soucis \importants\ pour un véhicule de cette catégorie. Déplorable à en mourir ! Aucune réponse après des dizaines d'appels et messages envoyés la personne, il fait le mort et dégoûte de la passion automobile..... Mon service juridique est déjà sur le coup... Méfiez-vous du fond du coeur... De la part d'un gros collectionneur de véhicule en suisse.
ich habe mich für ein spezieeles Fahrzeug entschieden und gesucht. G55 4*42. Bei Art of cars habe ich das Fahrzeug und den passenden Service gefunden. Besten Dank, ein super tolles Fahrzeug das viel Spass bereitet. Alle Versprechen wurden umgesetzt.
Top Auto (Oldtimer) gekauft. Bin sehr zufrieden. Der Inhaber war zuverlässig, freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat mir sogar noch Unterlagen nachgeschickt. Immer gerne wieder. Vielen Dank - der Puch 300 GSE grüsst
An Unprofessionalität nicht zu überbieten. Man wird arrogant und von oben herab behandelt. Kein Geschäftsgebaren. Achtung vor diesem unseriösen Unternehmen.
