Its a comfortable hotel and reasonable prices. The rooms are of good size and clean, there are a large lounge, bar & restaurant area, as well as a gaming room, pool and sauna. The hotel looks a bit dated and old-fashioned. The staff is professional, just could have been more friendly. There is a shuttle bus from and to the train station driving every half an hour, starting at 8:30.The breakfast buffet is very much standard but totally fine. Due to covid-19, the allowed number of persons in a room is limited. Masks are mandatory everywhere except in the own room and at the dining table.

Stayed here over Christmas and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay there again. - Shuttle buses (electric) to and from the ski slopes were on demand and very convenient. - Food was very good and restaurant staff very friendly. - Room and beds were comfortable, slept very well. - Pool was good although there was a bad smell which I assume isn't normally there. - Staff at reception could have been better. We left some jewelry in the bathroom and they didn't seem too interested in sending someone up to look for it, they just said the cleaners didn't mention finding anything. It seemed like we had to push them and it was only after speaking to the manager that we felt that they took it seriously. Appreciate that it was a busy time and in the end we recovered the jewelry so I don't want to be too critical.
Enjoyed the super efficient and friendly service. Rooms with a view. Swimming pool. Breakfast: mouthwatering Omelettes. Located just a 10 minutes walk from Arosas train station.
It was a complete letdown, I felt not welcome there and the room was really old, but clean. The whole Hotel is sordid, especially when I consider the prize of CHF 300.-- per night. The breakfast was though quite good. Hopefully it is getting renovated soon, otherwise the hotel is doomed.
Awesome hotel well with the stay. The restaurant was brilliant, the food and service was five Star. Thanks guys. Will definitely be back.
If you have toddlers and are looking for a place where all the family can relax and have fun, this is it! We had a lovely stay there with our toddler. Everything is arranged so that parents can also enjoy their time: spa, nice restaurant, bar, comfy rooms. The play room for the kids is amazing! We will go back there often
Soulless, ugly building from the seventies. The floors are not flat, makes you feel like in a boat. So do the beds whose mattresses must not have been changed since they opened. Clean, friendly and efficient staff. Tries to be a upitty high class hotel especially in the dining room but fails miserably. Gaudi and camp. Wellness spa and fitness areas are good though. Might be good for families but not romantic at all. Food is ok unless your order the Caprese Salad: I kid you not, three very thin (2mm) slices of unripe tomatoes and three dry shavings of square "mozarella" usually used in very cheap frozen pizza.
It feels like home. Ideal for families.
