The Apple store is not as bad as they mentioned in the comment section. Yes, with the Covid, we cannot do walk in anymore. The staff inside are quite helpful and able to understand my french. Will come back!

I have used apple assistance in many other countries and the service in the apple store in Geneva it's just ridiculous. They will leave you more than 20 mins waiting for them to pick up the phone. There are some instances that people can not ask for online help!!!!!!
Even with the situation that we live in on those days they are very well organized
Had to book an appointment with the store to enter. Didn't have and M1 Macbook Pro machines, in any configuration. Utter waste of time.
Very professional and quick service. I had a lovely lady Tanya helping me today and will definitely recommend Appel, great products and their after service are very good!

That is not the Apple experience at all. The staff are all smiling and helpful when you come to make a purchase but their attitude changes when you come to solve a problem. Personnel in genius bar are not familiar with their own products. Don’t expect them to try to help, my feeling is they are trying to get rid of you. This experience makes me wonder if i want to stay an Apple customer.
