Our young kitten spent a wonderful time at the Musli Hotel. I am extremely grateful for such wonderful, professional and friendly care. You really rarely find such dedicated employees who put their whole heart into caring for animals. Our kitty was in one room with several other cats of a similar age, so the time he spent there was full of fun and joy, he liked it so much that he didn't want to come back home :) Thank you so much for everything.
Our cat Jack who is an 18 years old Maine Coon was given the 5 star treatment on his visit for 2 weeks over the holiday period. The staff went beyond the call of duty to give Jack some special pedicures and was overseen by their local vet all to make sure he was in better health than when he arrived. He was very content when I arrived to collect him and it is very heartwarming and comforting to know he is given special care when we are away from him.
My cat Tigger stayed here for 11 days, she was looked after very well. You will find Nicole & her team are friendly & love cats. Recommend this place to anyone wishing for a cat hotel while they are on leave.
This cat hotel is fantastic. Wonderful caring staff who are passionate about cats. We have a 13 year old, diabetic cat who requires insulin injections twice daily and oral medication. The staff are experienced in caring for her so she is a regular guest here. She always comes home looking healthy, content and well looked after. I highly recommend katzen hotel müsli..Great facilities, brilliant staff and happy cats!
Our young cat Plato recently spent 3 days and then again 15 days at Frau Rudin’s Katzen Hotel in Allschwil. He was very well taken care of, and on both occasions the staff I met was nice, caring and professional. It is a big relief to know Plato is in good hands when we are out on holidays. I can only recommend highly!
Was my mistake to disregard negative comments for this place - rude personnel, did not treat good my cat at all and it was actually my fault that he did not want to socialise with the women in charge. Money making place, not animal friendly after all. Better opt to drive 40min to Mulhouse direction. Never again!
