The order and reservation was good despite the short notice. The driver was arrogant and aggressive and did the worst thing that a driver could do. Just left us there. We had an early flight to catch and basically if there is no uber, we would have miss our flight.
Horrible experience!! Do not use this company!! I ordered a taxi for 4:15am to go to the airport. I received a call at 4am saying the taxi was outside my house. I told them I had ordered it for 4:15 therefore I would be ready soon. When stepping outside my house the taxi driver was furious saying that i was late and he left. Thankfully Uber exists and I could get a car to come pick me up for my early flight. I highly do not recommend booking with this company.
