We ordered the taxi for the airport over the phone. We agreed for a pickup at 4am, with 2 small kids. The car arrived on time. When the driver saw the kids he mentioned he had no car seats and he left. He left us in the middle of the street. He didn't answer the phone, nor did the main line. Luckily we found alternative solutions, otherwise, we would have missed our flight. To be avoided. Answer: you know well we cannot answer your reply, so why do you ask for it? Also, you don't provide any confirmation number over the phone - I know because I booked it myself (since the website didn't work correctly), so why do you ask for it? Your answer is even more dodgy than your service. I have all details of the calls to your main number and to your driver, who stopped answering the phone after running away and leaving a family with young kids stranded in the street in the middle of the night. So cut the BS/lies with confirmation numbers and compensation money and apologize instead.

The driver arrived on time, contacted me promptly 10 minutes before arrival as I had requested.
