We waited long (otherwise four stars) before towed from the motorway. At the office they were very friendly, tried several languages and they made the deal with our assurance company. They diagnosted very well, and quicky fixed the problem with the gearbox. Friday afternoon, five o’ clock!
This is the most incompetent company and mechanics I have ever experienced. Because of their wrong diagnostic I have now paid more than 400 EURO. They said they had to take out the whole engine in order to fix it and that needed another specialist for that. Yes indeed, but the engine was ok! It was a rear under the car that was defect. Also the manager is extremely arrogant and rude. I feel sorry for the people getting lost here!
Mi hanno soccorso con l'auto, persona gentile ma non ha prestato attenzione quando venivo trainato non riuscivo a vedere nulla! Perfortuna un mio amico mi è venuto a prendere se no la persona non si è minimamente interessata a me, per lui avrei potuto dormire anche fuori a meno 10! Meglio il touring club
Total inkompetente Meckaniker. Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung und keine Hilfe. Sie haben das Monopol in Airolo und wissen das auch auszunutzen. Herr Wolfisberg ist extrem abweisend und unfreundlich. Leider keine positiven Dinge zu erwähnen. Die Firma existiert nur noch dank Ihrer Monopolstellung!
Utilizzato per soccorso. Prezzi da rapina!! Veloci,gentili,competenti per il mio semplice intervento di disgelo. Fattura con costi per pezzi,manodopera e non giustificate attività in quanto dovrebbero essere incluse già nella manodopera.
Wir hatten einen Kupplungsschaden auf der A2 und mussten abgeschleppt werden. Der Schaden wurde kompetent und in angemessener Zeit behoben. Vom Hotel wurden wir mehrfach anstandslos abgeholt. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.
