The Team is good, friendly, respectful and pleasant. The Bikes are good. The customer service is good, The sales man is good. The workshop mechanics are good The shop is good and very well organised. All in all its a very nice pleasant atmosphere, and a very well organised place to buy your bike.

Laden und Artikel sind schön. Verkäufer sind nett. 1 Stern geht weg wegen HOG-Chapter Basel Leider ist der Harley Owners Group Chapter in Basel, nicht so wie sie es auf der Homepage beschreiben. Am Anfang habe ich nur schlechte Dinge über diesen Chapter gehört. Ein Ex-Mitglied wollte seine Weste verbrennen. Andere wollen mit dem HOG in Basel nichts zu tun haben. Ich wollte es selbst ausprobieren. Es gab einige frustrierte und depressive Mitglieder. Die Stimmung beim Fahren war nicht immer gut. Blöde Bemmerkungen und Kommentare von diversen Mitgliedern. Jetzt verstehe ich, warum der Basel Chapter die Weihnachtsfahrt Santa -ride in Ihrer Stadt nicht machen können, sondern ein HOG-Chapter, das nicht von Basel ist, es gerne alleine machen will ohne den Basel Chapter.
