We came here for the Black Friday sale and it was a pleasant experience. There was a bit of a crowd, but they made the waiting better by serving cookies and punch. I felt that was really thoughtful (and probably good for sales ;)) The two machines we got perform solidly, it was money worth spending.

This place has such good machines to look at and if you feel like it you can even ask service for a coffee to look at the broad spectrum of things you can buy there. Really have to recommend the Acer gaming laptops here because I think they got pretty close to Alienware a while ago. This place was definitely worth visiting once and it will be once again. Thanks for the kind service

Very negative experience with them, at the limit of the legality. I contacted Acer by phone, asking the price to repair my laptop. I provided a full and details explanation of the problem, I knew what was broken. They told me that, to repair it, I would have to pay 100 chf approximately. For that amount I sent my laptop to them. Few days later Acer AG contacted me back. They asked 280 chf for the reparation (more than the cost to buy a new one) OR 90 chf (a ransom) just to send the laptop back. The last option was to dispose the laptop for free, but I doubt they did it. My laptop still had functional parts that they could use to provide support to other customers. This was horrible.

Musste Laptop wegen Monitorwechsel einsenden. Nachdem ich Laptop zurück bekam, funktionierte dafür die Tastatur nicht mehr. Musste erneut einsenden und wartete lange auf die Reparatur. Nicht einen sondern zwei Sterne, weil der Laptop nun wieder funktioniert. Aber den Service fand ich trotzdem nicht gut.

lausiger kundendienst!!!! habe das bei melectronics gekaufte gerät 2x auf garantie zur reparatur eingesendet und 2x unrepariert zurück erhalten. ich rate jedem von diesen gräten ab.

Achtung! Bringen Sie auf keinen Fall Ihr Gerät hier her! So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Sobald ich Zeit finde werde ich Strafanzeige gegen Herrn Jason Chen, bzw. Heren Tomas Berli erstatten!
