Pays great attention to detail! The lash extensions make my face look so much softer and the lashes are very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back. Demee is very friendly and gave good advice for the aftercare. Can only recommend! :)

Demee is awesome! I tried a lot of other studios before I came to her. Her passion for the perfect lashes make my lashes look amazing every single time I'm there. Her service attitude is really hard to find elsewhere in zurich, i feel so welcome and well cared in here studio. I can suggest Demee and here team to everyone with full support for lashes, eyebrow treatment and so much more. PS: You should try her own lash serum brand, it's out of this world! It works amazing and let my own lashes and also brows grow like hell ;)
The best eyelash extension i have ever had! My eyelashes always looks amazing no matter who does them. Demee and her staff are really friendly and they are really good at what they do. They are very informative with type of lashes and after care. My second time coming to this place Demee recommend me to try her new Eyelash Serum which is great for girls with short and weak eyelashes. They make my lashes stronger and slowly fuller. I highly recommend this place!
Fantastic experience! I'm a big fan of this beauty studio - they cover everything from lashes, nails to eyebrows etc.. Very accessible and easy to set up appointments. Plus, the owner is such a power house woman, she has her own beauty products made in Switzerland.
I was shocked by the price. I was charged 370 Swiss francs for eyelashes and eyebrow wax and on off tint. The operator gave me 20 off the price. After making enquires I have discovered I have paid double the price for what I got. I was totally ripped off. Very disappointing. I gave the operator a chance to rectify the situation and she tried to justify it by saying she pays high rent and to look at her website. My lashes are not the volume, they are a natural look. Even on her website when I checked she has quoted 189. Sarah Australia
A long overdue review... Last year I took my sister here for a birthday manicure. I got here first with a small bottle of bubbles for us to share during the manicure - Demee immediately caught on, hid it in the fridge and made sure to have glasses ready for the surprise. My sister unfortunately had a bad haircut right before so was terribly delayed trying to fix it - Demee was incredibly understanding and didn't have a bad word to say about the delay. She was also great in helping me comfort my sister regarding her hair :) All in all, fantastic customer service, and we were happy with our manicures as well!
