I always have had good experiences at Tiffany's (especially at this store in Zurich). I was blown away by the customer service here. And since I've met my sales associate Ms. N* my visits at Tiffany's have got even more special each time I went there. She's extremely friendly and sooo sooo lovely. TOP!

The sales associates who was assisting me choosing a gift was extremely friendly, professional and kind. Most surprisingly, she has very nice service industry terminologies which you would rarely hear in Switzerland (boutique shops in Switzerland are generally really snobbish and below the standards of other countries). However, the shop was over crowded and other guests were pushing me for getting a closer view of some stuffs. I can’t complain about the rude behavior of the guests but the staff engaged with that guest doesn’t even say “excuse me” or having eye contact with me just ignore the truth she saw her guests pushing me. What’s wrong with this staff? ️
