The location is good in downtown accessible but it’s exactly not a hotel it’s like Airbnb think apartments sort of but yes inside room you have the luxury. It’s self checkin no one is present like hotel . One issue power went out but the accessibility to power tripper was in other apartment folks main door which was only accessible by units in that accessible area Each floor has 4 rooms and power tripper was accessible in from other guest and his room . You don’t key to it you can be sitting in dark and no one to help you . Number on card doesn’t work . Yard restaurant is closed mostly

Very cool hotel, very clean, coffee was great, close to the attractions. Only problem was the lobby was rarely open - or we didn't manage to find it open.

Cozy vintage place at the heart of Zürich.

Here you can get meat balls, fish balls, pulled pork balls... Get it!? Everything comes in the form of balls here. I tried the pulled pork burger which was delicious. Service was friendly and explained the entire menu. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is for not having fresh milk with the coffee. Such a shame because the espresso was a pretty nice blend.

I would love to say how the food was but twice this restaurant has taken a booking and cancelled, the first time the booking was cancelled for an event and I was notified (was disappointed they took the booking in first place). The second time it was spontaneously closed so we arrived at the door for our reservation! Staff not so apologetic just said ‘the chef is ill’ the issue was that I’d already prepaid for a meal for 4 at this restaurant and they did nothing to compensate me for that. Said to come back the next day so unfortunately I had to spend even more money that evening as our bellies and calendars were not able to hold on for another 24 hours! Had lovely meal and cocktails at Neni/Cinchona bar at the 25hours hotel langstrasse - recommend!

We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and we were given our room key but we were not allowed to access our room yet as it was earlier then the check in time. We arrived back to the hotel at 10pm after touring Zurich and we were unable to get into our room as the key would not work. The key allowed us access to the hotel but did not allow entry to the room. It is important to note that there is no one at the reception desk (which is actually the desk for the restaurant downstairs) after 8pm. We found a note in the room which stated a contact number and email in case there is an emergency and we need to contact someone. The note also went on the state that there is a charge for calling the emergency contact number of 50CHF. We called the number countless times only to receive no response. We also sent a email out at 10pm and followed up a hour later. We received no response. What is the point in a emergency contact number and email if no one responds? As a result, we had to book another room at another hotel just for the night which cost us even more due to the last minute booking for our one night in Zurich. We had called the next day to ask for a refund. We did receive a refund a week later, but regardless the inconvenience at night was very frustrating. I've never been to a hotel that has no one at front desk after 8pm, and charges if you need to call the hotel for assistance. If you look further down on the reviews, you'll find that this is not the first time this has happened. I'd highly recommend not booking this hotel to avoid the same problem possibly happening to you.
