I have been buying from Suitsupply quite a few items over the past year or so and I've been impressed by the quality of the clothes and their customer service. Today I went in with a pair of pants whose string had been torn after taking them to dry cleaning. I assumed it would be difficult to fix. Right away, the manager of the store told me that they will replace my pants with a new pair and they will redo all the alterations. All for free. Very impressed with that, on top of my previous positive experiences. That's how you win customers. Thank you.

These guys are literally amazing, I arrived there needing a Tuxedo in 30 minutes (literally 30 minutes) and they actually worked it in less time, by including also the tailor's adjustments, shoes, shirt and the cufflinks. Good store with a lot of suits and people to help you out to customize. Overall my experience was fine, but I felt that the people working there is more focused on selling than anything else. The reason for this is that when I was picking up my suit and pants for 1000 chf both corrections on the pants was wrong. Simple mistake that should be avoidable if the salesman is focusing more on service instead of just attempting to sell as much as possible
