The program is dragged out. The staff is completely uneducated and not helpful at all. I just spent 8 weeks there and what did I gain.... a fractured face ( a psychotic patient attacked me from behind whilst eating dinner ). Otherwise, I am not even halfway through with my detox until they decided to kick me out this afternoon. They made zero provisions for me. They literally just dragged me out and put me on the street. They have a tendency to falsely accuse you. The reports that they write are based on lies. I have been to roughly 13 institutions in my life and have never before seen such a disregard for human life. They do not fulfill the patients wishes and always claim to know better. Fact... I have walked the talk. They have studied the walk. Who do you trust ? Someone who has gone through countless rehabilitation centers before or someone who has literally just studied the disease of addiction. Conclusion: unprofessional Deceitful There is a big lack of heart and passion going into the treatment of patients. Personally, I do not recommend this specific klinik as I'm sure that there are other institutions who could offer your loved one a substantial amount of better quality treatment. Thanks for reading

War 4 W da und bin überglücklich darüber! Die Pfleger sowie auch Ärzte & alle anderen waren allesamt sehr Nett & Hilfsbereit und waren stehts für mich da. Es wird viel Hilfe für allerelei belange angeboten und jeder Patient wird Respekt & Gefühlvoll behandelt. Danke euch allen für diese positiven Erfahrungen. Hatt mir sehr viel für mein Leben geholfen.
