Thank you to Damian and Clarissa for trying to fix the color. I appreciate that you addressed my complaint and gave me a cut and color for free. Unfortunately the color is still not right for me, but I will give it one last try before I give up. Please consider getting the Kevin Murphy line for your hair color, it is an amazing product for hair that has too much copper tones.

I came to this Salon because they falsely advertise that they are a Kevin Murphy salon. I made an appointment with Camilla and she is fabulous. The problem is, they do not use Kevin Murphy for their hair color. 300 francs for cut, color and highlights and my hair color looks awful. You should not be allowed to have the Kevin Murphy line unless you are going to be a full KM salon. Very disappointing!! I gave 2 stars because I like Camilla, otherwise this would be a 1 star rating.

Suuper Laden, sehr zu empfehlen. Freundliches Team, schöner Salon und Preis/ Leistung passt. Ich fühlte mich bei Manuela Buchegger sehr gut aufgehoben. Sie ist sehr kompetent, arbeitet exakt und ist eine angenehme Persönlichkeit, so dass der Besuch gefühlt kurzweilig war. Sie hat genau verstanden was ich mir wünsche, mich dementsprechend beraten und das Ergebnis hat meine Erwartung definitiv übertroffen. Von dunkelbraun mit Rotstich zu einem hellbraun/blond in nur einer Behandlung. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden und freue mich auf den nächsten Termin- Vielen Dank dafür :)
