Bought 3 Tickets for an event in 2019 and qanted to order another one. Did not pay attention an accidentally ordered one for 2020 where the lineup is not even published yet. Page and banner looked the same so i did not pay enough attention to the Date. No refound, difficult to reach support and long waiting time.

One of the bigger ticketing companies in Switzerland. In todays world everything is digital and you have print-at-home tickets etc. But people who go to concerts often want to have a nice ticket to remember the concert. Your tickets - the ones you send to the customer by post for a high fee, look as boring as it gets. Other ticketing companies already offer \Fan\ or \Souvenir\ tickets. Therefore whenever I see starticket as the ticketing company for one of the concerts I go to, I'm not super excited. Please introduce fan or souvenir tickets for your customers. Would be a win/win situation.
Bought tickets 2 years ago, despite multiple request to be reimbursed or at least given the equivalent to another concert, never got any thing. This is an unreliable company
Charge fees for questionable reasons, but they basically have a monopoly so they can do it. Disgrace.

Sehr gut Erfahrung! Starticket ist sehr kulant und hat mir meine Tickets storniert und zurückerstattet, die ich falsch gekauft habe, obwohl dies nach AGB nicht möglich ist.
