Nowadays it should be expected for a business to make sure their details such as opening hours are accurate on Google Maps. They have a good range and offer good advice. It is also accordingly expensive, but that's fair I guess.

They have a good selection of products and seem to be well-knowledgeable regarding the shaving arena, but they overcharge for products by 300%. A relative went to buy a simple Parker 96R shaver and was charged 85 CHF for it; it's actually a 20 CHF razor. Best to go in for small necessities but to avoid any big purchases without doing one's research beforehand. Better yet, go in for the advice and service, and buy online; I don't usually condone such behavior, but it's better than getting fleeced by a couple of Swiss people for no good reason.

Kompetente Beratung wie in alten Tagen. Gute Auswahl. Die Rasierer werden zu Listenpreisen verkauft (also teurer als im Internet); das muss aber bei der Lage wohl auch so sein. Und man kann ein paar Modelle (hygienisch) sogar ausprobieren. Ich habe so ein besseres und günstigeres Gerät gekauft, als geplant. Und viel Geld gespart dank den hilfreichen Pflegehinweisen für die Klingen.
Ich wollte ein Ersatzteil Bestellen zu Panasonic ES8066, mir wurde mit geteilt dass es keine Ersatzteile mehr gibt. Ich soll doch einen neuen Kaufen. Ich schaute bei einer Suchmaschine, und siehe da. Das Ersatzteil gibt es für 49.00 CHF.bei Galaxus. Fazit: Ein sehr Unprofessioneller Laden. der keine Ahnung hat. Reine Abzocke.. Geht auf keinen Fall dort hin.
Freundliche Bedienung, tolle Beratung, schönes Ladenlokal. Man kann die Geräte sogar ausprobieren. Ganz allgemein entsteht der Eindruck von hoher Fachkompetenz.
