Definitely worth the wait. There was a line and got to place my order after like 10 mins. But if you want some good ice cream, definitely wait in line you and you wont regret it.
Was here during my travels sometime ago and honestly, wouldn't recommend it. Flavors - there's really nothing special about it and the quality itself isn't anything to write home about. When asked to elaborate on some flavors, response was not very helpful/informative and very short, essentially just repeating the name of the flavour, all while being stared at like I am offending the guy by just being in the shop.

Male owner is extremely friendly but if the female staff worker or female owner is there, don’t expect any kind of great customer service or friendliness. So rude and unhelpful, not even their best ice cream will make up for the awful experience!
Best gelato ice cream I found in Zürich
One of best ice cream in Zurich. Really worth. Tried hazelnut - a must for true ice cream lovers - and pistachio. Excellent the first and very good the second. Looking forward to come back. No colorants or aromas. Nice they do the ice cream in front desk. Good prices, 6 francs for two good scoops.
