Prada is, of course, a very expensive store in a very expensive city, but the staff are nothing short of wonderful. Extremely friendly, helpful, attentive, the sort of people you want to have a drink with after you shop there. Feels like I am back in Milan thanks to the warmth of their staff. One of my go-to shops on the Bahnhofstrasse.

I always loved the brand Prada and this store in Zurich is no exception. Excellent and professional staff, always willing to help and even give personal advice. I come here very often when i stay here in Zurich. The store itself is exactly what you expect from Prada, very nice. The products are good quality and they have a wide range of selection in the store. One of my favorite brands/stores here in Zurich.
