Worst service imaginable. Avoid at all cost. Rude and unfriendly as well. Two people often service one customer as the level of knowledge appears to be below zero. They sometimes even yell at customers. Highly unprofessional and premium incompetence. Don’t reward this behaviour with giving them business. Use alternatives.

Not helpful at all, so lost 10fr for nothing, as aparently they are charging for most parcels for 2kg, then 5kg (no 3kg, 4 kg). I had one 2.5 kg and 3.7kg. Not filled the missing stock (not too many sizes of boxes to choose), needed good solid tape (bring your one). Even they r not accepting most of the bank cards, just Swiss post and cash. Fake smiling faces & rude like they really hated their jobs! Apart all it was the longest (my boxes arrived after more than a month!) and the most expensive service (my 2 parcels were 119fr (including 2 boxes). 1 star cause I finally got them!
Long waiting to send a letter - 15 min during lunch time on a working day. There should be different windows for those who just want to send quickly a letter and for those who pay their bills online.
Waited a bit but the service was friendly.

Das Personal da ist sehr unfreundlich und böse ganz besonders die junge Dame aus dem Kosovo! Schade dass man hier keine „0“ Sterne vergeben kann. Ein „Benehmen kurs“ wäre hier sehr sinnvoll.

Kundendienst / -freundlichkeit zum davon laufen. Mehr Beratung und Freundlichkeit wäre schön. Und bitte keinen belehrenden Ton, wenn man das Prozedere nicht kennt. Mal ganz davon abgesehen, dass die Preise jenseits von gut und böse sind...
