Went for a covid test and they charge 120chf for the quick test. Permanence HB charges only 75chf. And I confronted them why they charge so much and they said because they use different test. I call BS. I haven’t found a place that prices gauges a test and this isn’t even Zurichberg or Gold Coast.

Charged CHF135 for a covid test after contact tracing told me I was in contact with an infected person. As well as the bill to me, they also sent bills for CHF150 to my insurance meaning a whopping CHF285 for a covid test. Bills also listed 35minutes of items for a 5 minute appointment.
There for a Covid quick test due to app notification. Doctor kept his nose uncovered during the entire visit, even as the swab caused me to cough. He also asked why I use the SwissCovid app, proudly stating that he doesn't. Test went well, but those other points were shocking to me.
we have been treated by the permanence in very professional way and got a university level of medical treatment. The doctors, and staff are very professional
Not professional help. Their aim is earn money, not help people. They don't take the phone and the Doctors are unfriendly
The doctor was friendly, but everything else is highly unprofessional. I went there once, the final price was higher than what I was told at the reception (almost X2)
Crowded and small place. They are very slow. Plus they confiscated my ID in advance just in case I was not going to pay. It made me feel like a convict. If you can go somewhere else, choose so.
Very nice Hospital. Friendly Doctors, nurses and receptionist. All good but the inside the hospital it looks like a cave for me it's ok for others they hate it because of CORONA Virus.
