I totally recommend ! Dr Fehr is very competent and takes time to answer to the questions. Plus, the Staff is very helpful and empathic...Just the people we want around in those kind of Situations , difficults and so emotional !

I would need a long text to explain everything which we experienced with this private clinic OVA since the treatment started. Maybe I will tell my fully story one day, but in the meantime... Dear staff, including doctors, admins, nurses, etc. please don't forget the ultimate aim of your duty: HELPING couples to accomplish their dream, their strong desire of being parents. It is a hard, hard path to go through. It often lasts some years and it is full of uncertainty, frustration and anxiety. Please, don't make it any harder with your insensitivity and handle us - your customers, your patiens - with respect.

But still, OVA is better than another IVF clinic in Küsnacht, where one had really severe OHSS and many other complications and Dr. S. seemed not to care, even annoyed about it, and of course charged all the costs and time associating with OHSS to a patient. And it was just a beginning of the whole distrust/devastation at Dr. Singer

We switched clink halfway through....OVA had a fancy office, but rude, unprofessional staff...compete mess with appointments and scheduling. Poor communication with patients. Would not recommend the clink at all!!!

Keine transparente Kommunikation trotz der vorherigen Nachfragen. Das Beratungsggespräch war ok, angeblich unverbindlich jedoch später in Rechnung gestellt wird. Die Kosten auch möglichst viel von – bis gehalten, damit die viel Spielraum haben, Vertrag auch schnell in die Handgedruckt...letzendlich ich hatte das Gefühl es geht nur ums Geld ... Schade

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der freundlichen und individuellen Beratung. Herr Fehr hat sich viel Zeit genommen für unsere Fragen. Die moderne Praxis hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen da sie zentral liegt und man sich gleich willkommen fühlt. Ganz klar fünf Sterne!
