Very unique experience
A small group went on their 2018 seasons opening and it was superb. The staff seem to know their stuff and being sat in the kitchen is a nice touch. Everything tasted fresh. Maybe don’t go if price is a factor as our bill came to around 160chf each, but for me it was worth it.
Since last weekend the restaurant Mémoire is on the 1st place of my favourite restaurants. We had a wonderful evening, accompanied by a perfectly prepared meal and lovingly selected wine. The atmosphere, the simple concept and the open cooking turned it into a real culinary delight. The innovative and attentive manner of the team make it a very pleasant stay for every guest. A fantastic evening in a wonderful setting. Thanks a lot for creating that memory!
Excellent hidden restaurant close to Escher-Wyss Platzt. Delicious dishes and very cool and relaxing atmosphere. Service was also excellent and the waiters/tresses were willing to explain us every dish. A plus was the wine sommelier who suggested very good wines with reasonable prices.
friendly staff cool atmosphere nice dessert - “Spaet gruss aus dem Sommer” was a mistreatment of poor quality Mozzarella - Mushroom dish was good, though potatoes were undercooked - Saibling had a peculiar flavor - the deer was chewy, whereas rotkraut and spaetzli a desaster - the restaurant stinks and is very smoky
