I've used Moneyhouse for a few weeks for a project, so I subscribed for the 6 months plan. I was naive not to read the small script, telling me that the subscription is recurring. Before the subscription renewed, no communication whatsoever came from Moneyhouse telling me that the 6 months subscription will be renewed in the upcoming days. When I saw the charge for renewal on my account, I immediately contacted the customer support via e-mail and asked kindly for reimbursement, since my account history shows that I only used the product for a week or two then didn't even log in. That did not happen, they said, nothing can be done and I cannot get reimbursed. The funny thing is that they said that I can cancel my subscription latest one day before the payment would happen. If they would have sent me a note: Hey, FYI we are renewing your account tomorrow, bye, they would have spared me a phone conversation, writing this review and I would have left as a happy customer that might return to their service in the future. So please be aware and choose someone else's product!

Be careful if you want fast information you will not get it by paying online for Moneyhouse Premium - they say they first have to send you a code by post. However they called me about 30 minutes later to speed up the activation, so if you are in a hurry and want immediate information give them a quick ring and they will activate it for you immediately.
To whom it may concern May I say I am disgusted and appalled how Moneyhouse treat their customers. Never in my life have I come across people who were so rude and incompetent. After pressing button two and them asking you to be patient. When you finally got through, not only did HUEBER and her cronies, the others refused to give their names. Polite again not speak english they did not understand it either. Great for new customers because they did not understand you they put the phone down Classy! They gave conflicting reports on Sandra whoever she is? I recorded the calls for my benefit. I have thousands of clients all over the world. I would not recommend moneyhouse to anyone they do not deserve your business. The company does not deserve your business time or effort. They cannot answer a simple question. Five phone calls later nothing but rudeness. A week later still waiting for a response to my email.
Änderung eines Handelsregistereintrags (neue Person eingetragen) sollte gemäss Info 5-7 Tage dauern. Nach aktuell 2 Monaten Wartezeit immer noch keine Eintragsänderung und auch keine Rückmeldung von Moneyhouse. Alle nötigen Unterlagen wurden vom Notar beglaubigt und an Moneyhouse gesendet. Bei Anrufen wurde mir immer wieder mitgeteilt ich werde zurückgerufen, da die zuständigen Personen alle besetzt sind. Zurückgerufen hat allerdings noch nie jemand. Finger weg von Moneyhouse Dienstleistungen!
Erhalte Werbemails obwohl ich mich dort nie angemeldet habe. Abbestellung des Newsletter unmöglich, da man sich einloggen müsste. Nur habe ich keine Ahnung was mein Login sein sollte, da ich mich ja nie angemeldet habe
Unseriöses Unternehmen: Automatische Vertragsverlängerung (in den AGBs versteckt) und leitet direkt Betreibung ein - trotz schriftlicher Kündigung Monate vor Ablauf / zudem per Mail mitgeteilt!!. Ein Einstieg ins Kundenkonto und damit den Beschrieb für eine Kündigung war auch nach mehrmaliger Bestellung neuer Passwörter nicht möglich. NZZ Gruppe haben ZWANGS-Abos scheinbar nötig. Kein Wunder bei den fast durchgängig katastrophalen Bewertungen!! Lest mal nach. Tipp an Moneyhouse: ÜBERPRÜFT EURE GESCHÄFTSPRAXIS!! Antwort auf Ihre Antwort, die hier sehr schnell erfolgt: Sie haben bereits viel früher Antworten und Rückfragen von mir erhalten, bloss sind Sie nicht darauf eingegangen!

Publizieren Handelsregister-Daten, welche nachweislich gemäss HR-Einträgen falsch bzw. nicht sind, z.B. von vor Jahren verstorbenen. Im SHAB und HR korrekt publiziert. Auf den Misstand hinweisen hat grad überhaupt nichts gebracht.
