I know this is long overdue, but about 9 months ago we went to Merry’s looking for a big princess dress for my sister. We went a week and a half before we needed it and the consultants treated us great and made changes on that dress in under a week ! It’s a great store and I would really recommend going to it for any special occasion dresses.
While searching for my wedding suit I came across this location during my internet search. The website looks appealing, however the real experience doesn't meet the expectations at all. The following led to the low overall rating and the decision not to persue buying a suit at the location: - Lengthy waiting time (over 30 minutes) even with an appointment - Very narrow location (grooms are located in the basement, confined area, not very welcoming atmosphere) - Staff okay, but not very motivated or eager to generate the necessary moment (in the end a wedding is a big celebration and everything leading to this moment is a great path), rather reserved - Tiny collection - Rather high price range - No photos allowed Overall I CANNOT recommend this location if you are looking for your grooms suit and there are definitely better locations around nearby (Herren Globus, PKZ etc.) offering the same/similar products for a way better overall service.
I’m so happy I went to Mery’s Couture and said yes to my wedding dress! They helped me try on many dresses, make changes to the one I chose, and did a great job on the alterations. The dress is absolutely perfect!
I had the best experience at Mary's trying on wedding dresses and on top, I found my dress on the first visit. Martha was super nice just booking the appointment on the phone and I already had a good feeling. On the day, Elizabete Diogo guided me through all the dresses, being very nice and welcoming and providing great help and advice with every dress. I really enjoyed my experience there and I definitely recommend checking this place for your dream dress. The price range is wide but you can certainly find something within your budget. Very good service! They take their time and make sure you have enough time to try on each dress you want. They also make sure to pay attention to what you want and try their best to make sure you find that perfect dress. Was very happy with my experience and I love my dress. They care about how you feel and they make sure to explain the entire process to you so you don’t get confused or lost. Very helpful and nice.
