I went in there for physiotherapy. I came out more destroyed and in pain than ever. Definitely not recommend it. Staff is unprofessional, they definitely didn't speak English. And the physiotherapist didn't even checked or touched my foot. He basically forced me to do some exercises which was sooooo painful and now I can't even walk. He kept ignoring my pain and forced me further. They are mistaking the physiotherapy with gym. And charging 140 chf per hour for hurting people.

Worst place in the world. I was seeing a physio for my back and I ended up in hospital having Spinal surgery. They had no clue what was happening as I was getting worse. They injected my back and said there you go you'll be fine and sent me out literally crawling out of the building and no one offered help. DO NOT GO HERE!

I went here just after the team moved from SportCinic to Medbase Löwenstrasse. The office is very modern and clean. The physio was very good and I also did some performance diagnostic testing here. Very professional.

Horrible service On the one hand I had to wait sometimes 20 minutes with having an appointment, On the other Hand when I was once 8 minutes late for my appointment, I was told, that I have to get another appointment and the doctor can’t see me.
