Bought a XC90 just a month ago, the purchase process was professional and spot on. After getting the car, though, I noticed a very annoying plastic noise when driving. I brought the car back so that they could check and left it for one day but they were unable to reproduce the issue (I made it clear it happens only after a while when the car is warm inside). I contacted them 3 days ago to ask when I could bring the car in because the noise is still there and they didn't even reply. Today I went to another Volvo service point in Thalwil and they fixed the issue in just 2 minutes sharp! For anything in the future I'm not going back to Franz AG but for sure rely on the Volvo dealer in Thalwil.

Wegen der Rückrufaktion von Mazda, musste ich einen Termin vereinbaren. Die Wartezeit betrug über 4 Wochen. Als ich am nächsten Tag anrief, um einen Termin für einen grossen Service zu vereinbaren, hiess es plötzlich, 10 Tage Wartezeit! Vielleicht sind die Motive darin zu finden, dass man en einer Rückrufaktion viel weniger verdient als bei einem Service.
