Henry is in high demand for his personalised Mac support, repairs, etc. He's good at what he does, but like the dishwasher repair man, he is always late to his appointments. Upon purchasing a computer from MacMase, I was promised an American keyboard within 2-3 days. Three weeks later (and after some pestering on my part) he did deliver the keyboard to me (personally) and he also fixed a RAM related issue on-site (at no extra charge). Bottom line, even though he may struggle to make his promises come true (on schedule), he does do his best for his customers. The folks at the Apple store always have slick answers and flashy new products which (understandably) they want to send you home with. MacMase takes a different approach, preferring to get more life out of older Macs. Henry knows that you'll need help once in a while, and he has the skills to get your computer back on track with repairs as opposed to new computers. If you can accept his unconventional approach then you'll be happy to have his support when your machine starts acting up.

Excellent service! It took Henri 3 seconds to identify the problem on a Mac 5.1 and he offered a very competitive solution. They hold spare parts in stock to face most situations for anything Apple. I’m back to work with a working Mac in no time. I don’t know of any other shop like this in Switzerland - highly recommended!

Impressed and grateful. This place solved my problem faster than I could have imagined. I called about a damaged screen on a late-2013 Macbook Pro, and received both 1) an immediate estimate of cost time over the phone and 2) the lucky confirmation that they had a replacement screen on location. Drove there that day, got screen replaced in 30 minutes! Having feared I'd have to buy a new laptop entirely, I could hardly believe this swift solution that rendered my Macbook good as new. Reasonable cost -- extremely reasonable considering such efficient service. Would definitely return to them for any future Mac issue. Thank you so much.

We have brought a defective MacBook Pro to Macmase. When we arrived, nobody was there, so we waited 10 minutes in front of the door until someone showed up. We were promised to be contacted in time with an estimate. When we had not heard anything after one day we went back to the shop. The Mac had already been repaired, no call, no estimate. A new fan and a new SSD card was installed. The price was almost 500 Stutz. Since that was the residual value of the laptop and the owner didn't want to install a smaller and cheaper SSD, we wanted to take the Mac back with us. The owner disappeared for 3 min in his back room and gave us the defective laptop back. When we arrived home we noticed that the backplate is completely broken and scratched. It was definitely not ours. When we unscrewed the laptop we saw the ew\ fan which was completely bent and somehow screwed onto the CPU. When we took the laptop to a second technician to have a new smaller SSD installed, he said that parts on the mainboard were destroyed and the SSD looks like it was in the trash for 1 year. Did Macmase destroy our Macbook on purpose because we didn't pay his huge bill? I don't know. But before he went to his back room, the laptop was fine. Now the motherboard's broken. That's weird. Macmase only wants to make money, and a lot of money. Watch out!!!
